Hello Aileen, you have pinpointed the main reason why I decided to stop writing rather than try to limp on - I have been acutely conscious of trying to provide a good service to paying subscribers but have been really struggling to do so. I think "terrible" might be overstating it a bit - only paid subscribers have access to the archive after all and that's a book's worth right there. But I accept your main point.
